                             Adidas and Porsche Ink Licensing Deal
     NEW YORK (July 12, 2005) - Adidas Salomon and Porsche Design Group are teaming up to launch a high-tech premium sports brand.
     The long-term strategic partnership will include product in footwear, apparel and equipment for golf, tennis, and running. Additional sports categories are being considered.
     Product will debut worldwide in 2007 under a co-branded Adidas and TaylorMade name and will retail at select sport and Porsche Design stores.
